WRS was founded in 2001 utilizing our combined experience in project management,
procurement and networking capabilities to meet the increased pressures of reduced cost and lead time of the injection mold market. Since its inception, WRS has researched and matured multiple customers and vendors both domestic and offshore. We manufacture injection molds from rapid prototypes through production molds up to the 1000-ton press size range.
Our facility in Plain City, Ohio is just outside of Columbus, 12 miles from the Honda of Marysville plant. We have a primary customer base of Japanese automotive tier suppliers. The mold making plant is 12,000 square feet with full capabilities to support all tooling, either internally manufactured or outsourced domestically and offshore. WRS is unparalleled in program management and customer support from "cradle to grave" regarding design changes, repairs and preventative maintenance.
